The DES cable entry system is the ideal solution for cable management, allowing the passage of cables with or without connectors, pre-wired cables and corrugated conduits inside electrical panels, equipment and electrical machines. Thanks to the openable cable entry joint, it is possible to accommodate a large number of cables whose maximum diameter depends on their flexibility. This is possible thanks to a DetasUltra patent that allows the cable entry joints to be freely positioned and slid inside the frame. This will make it possible, for example, to pass many types of cables, with or without connectors, corrugated conduits and others, through the same frame. The frame includes two V2A (SS304) steel screws and two nuts molded into the part, always in steel but with a black dacromet finish.

The DES product family is made of chemically bonded glass fibre reinforced polypropylene, specifically designed for applications requiring high rigidity and high mechanical strength, even at high temperatures. The chemical bond between polypropylene and glass fibre guarantees high impact resistance, better mechanical properties and greater resistance to detergents and chemical agents.

The DES 24M and DES 24MX modular divisible cable glands are designed as modular solutions for the management and passage of cables on board the machine or in the industrial environment.

The basic DES 24M model can accommodate a maximum of 40 pre-wired cables thanks to the use of multiple cable gland seals. Cables with a diameter of 18 to 35 mm can be routed through the frame using the SPG cable glands and can be freely installed in the desired position.
